David L. Harrell, Director & General Counsel 202.654.7025 David Harrell brings over 10 years of experience as a lawyer and business consultant to his role at Public Properties LLC. After governmental legal roles at both the federal and state levels, Mr. Harrell spent over seven years in private practice representing a wide range of developers, contractors, architects, and other real estate and construction professionals. Other areas of practice included representing companies in the manufacturing, health care, and insurance sectors. Prior to joining Public Properties LLC, Mr. Harrell worked as a Washington DC-based business consultant representing federal contractors and subcontractors. His clients have included a Fortune 500 company and a number of construction, security, and logistics companies. Mr. Harrell received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Bar, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Wofford College. Mr. Harrell is a member of the South Carolina Bar and is a pending member of the District of Columbia Bar Association.
