Brad Seifert, who currently serves as a Senior Associate of the firm, has been with Public Properties LLC for three years. Since joining Public Properties in 2005 Mr. Seifert has conducted multiple land acquisitions and lease transactions on behalf of the federal government. To date Brad has completed over a quarter million square feet of tenant representation transactions across multiple markets; the total value of these transactions is over 85 million dollars.

Mr. Seifert’s current responsibilities include real estate transaction services for the Department of Veterans Affairs and the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). In this capacity Brad has coordinated lease acquisitions and dispositions, lease expansions, and early renewals of leased space.

In addition, Brad has represented multiple property owners in their federal government transactions throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan area and select U.S. markets.

Mr. Seifert also provides financial analysis for multiple government agencies. While working with government agencies as well as landlords on their financial analyses Brad has become proficient in Argus and TAPS (The Automated Prospectus System) financial programs.

Brad attended Denison University where he studied political science. He received his Bachelor of Science in May of 2005.
